And we can only learn about our customer challenges and opportunities if we have the patience and conversation discipline to draw out the information and drill it down to something we can help solve or impact.
Without pertinent information, without a specific customer need, we have nothing to sell to. That doesn’t mean we have nothing to sell … it just means they have no reason to buy.
